ARTIST TERMS / COMMISSION INFO
** PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING **
A commission is considered a business transaction and is between myself and the client.
I reserve the right to modify my art at any time I see fit. You as the commissioner are required communicate with me through a social media platform or email.
Your commissioned piece will possibly be posted in my social media and in my portfolio here.
I will NOT draw: Gore, Nudity, Political anything with harmful or racist slurs.
You are welcome to crop commission pieces for default picture purposes
please do not claim that you have drawn the piece and please credit me @carrxtoon!

2) Background color choice or Background reference. It could be things you like to incorporate in background (could be cartoon characters, plants etc), a simple scenery, a simple geometric pattern etc. please provide reference
Additional Info: You have an option to be sent two versions of your drawing like the example shown above.

Payments
If your request is accepted (depending on commission slots available)
Payments will be made via Paypal. Payments are in USD,
All PayPal payments must be made through the customer’s account.
I will not accept payments for a commission by persons that are not directly involved.
Desired rights (redistribution, editing, and commercial) must be negotiated beforehand.
I retain all rights not negotiated and/or paid for.)
I accept Paypal and Cash App.
An invoice will be sent if paying with Paypal.

There are no refunds unless I am unable to complete the work within 30 days of the commission being paid for except in the case of it being discussed at a previous time.
I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any time for any reason I see fit.

Posting
Customers are welcome to post the artwork they have purchased from me provided proper credit is given.
If you are posting around on other sites, a link back to my card: https://carrxtoon.carrd.co/ would be much appreciated.
I will not allow my artwork to be traced, colored, recolored or altered by anyone but myself.
Do not edit the images unless you contact me, and I agree that you may edit it.
I retain all artist copyright to the work;
PLEASE DO NOT try to claim you drew the artwork or sell it for your own profit.
You are accepting that I [may] use your piece for showcasing, etc.
